In these modern times, we feel the need for collective change couldn’t be greater. The distance between us all is growing, yet simultaneously shrinking due to technology, creating a disharmonious energy that most of us are only aware of on a subconscious level.

We started Life LM because we believe that we can do better, not just as individuals, but as a collective.
We wanted to seize the opportunity, in our quest for betterment in ourselves, to share our knowledge and understanding in order to help others and as a collective make the world the best version it can be.
Our name – Life. Love. Momentum. – serves to deliver just that message.
Life is the most wonderful and precious gift a soul can ever receive, and each of us has this life to serve a special purpose. We want to help you find yours and live it in the most enriching and fulfilling way possible.
Love is the most powerful force on this planet. It can move a person to do things beyond their normal physical, mental and spiritual capacities. We want to help you connect with your relationships, your source of love, and spread that connection to those around you.
Momentum comes when individuals tap into these concepts and energies and let them drive them. When you find your purpose, are connected to the sources in your life that fuel you, there is nothing more than momentum powering you towards the life and destiny you want to live.
Join us on our quest to spread kindness, love, understanding, compassion and a will to make this life, this world, our relationships, our environment the best it can be. Each of us determines what the future may hold.

What makes us who we are? Our experiences. Sometimes we are handed the cards in life that make us grow up, be responsible and saddle hardship while other kids still just get to be kids. As many with such a life path say, it is the trials in life that make us stronger. But I say they not only make us stronger, they make us appreciate all the more what we have and be driven to help ease the suffering of others. They make us braver.
As a military kid, my family moved around a lot across the USA. This probably only prepared me for the crazy decision to move to Germany when I was 19, completely on my own. This decision has majorly shaped my life. It was not easy being an immigrant, and even after 14 years sometimes it still isn’t. But I like a challenge and with every new challenge, we have to face part of our past demons. With the conquering of our demons and challenges, we gain understanding and above all, freedom.
I bring a lifetime of experience of working on myself to overcome hardships and the inner scaring, to gain understanding, to let go and accept that which you cannot change. I bring the experience of forging out completely on your own and proving to yourself that you can not only survive, you can thrive. Every one of us has incredible courage and strength. Every one of us has so much to offer. It is my dream with Life. Love. Momentum. to help others, like you, to not only overcome, but to thrive, to spread the success, happiness and a fulfilling purpose that each of us has the opportunity to have.

I am a born and raised Berliner, a husband, a father of two boys, an experienced martial artist, and an entrepreneur.
My path in life hasn’t always been an easy one. I like to call myself a slow starter. It always took me longer than most to find my way, overcome hurdles, struggles and accepting myself for who I am including my complexes with my self-image. But through my own process and self-development, I discovered how incredibly freeing it is to rid yourself of these burdens.
My desire to co-found Life. Love. Momentum. stems not only from my struggles with myself, but from my relationships and experiences with family and friends as well. I have grown up surrounded by dysfunctional family relationships, watching family be upset over what seemed like small things and all coming from expectations that one had from the other, neither wanting to budge. What occurred to me is that this seems to be the norm for so many people, not just me. These dysfunctional relationships cause so much hardship for so many people and affects how each of us live our lives. I want to help as many people as possible break out of these patterns and live a positive and happy life. I believe we are all born in innocence. It is our life experiences that change us in negative ways.
I also bring my fair share of business experience to the table. I have been a successful entrepreneur and freelance broker for the past 21 years. Though the challenges of running your own business are never easy, I have never once regretted doing it, even after a business failure that almost ruined me financially. It is only a failure if you give up. I view life as a life long path of learning, overcoming hardships and failures and striving for the purpose each of us serves.
It is my dream that with Life LM we can help anyone who is open and ready for it to live the life that they want to, that we all, by being more at peace with ourselves, treat each other and our environment with respect and in doing so, make this planet a better place for us all. I hope that you will join us on this journey to not only improve our own lives, but the lives of those around us.
